    UPDATE On Friday 11 November, 2011 Ashton Coal received required approvals to allow the Bowmans Creek Diversion construction to commence. Construction works will be commencing as soon as practicable.

    The Bowmans Creek Diversion DA 309-11-2001 Modification 6 was approved on 24 December 2010.
